Two-Year Limited Parts Warranty

Effective as of Date of Purchase

 

Thank you for choosing Rippa US Center. We are committed to providing quality equipment and stand behind the products we sell. This limited warranty applies to all mini excavators and skid steers purchased from Rippa US Center.

Warranty Coverage
 
 
Rippa US Center warrants that the covered equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, under normal use and maintenance conditions.
 
This warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts only. Labor, shipping, and diagnostic expenses are not covered under this warranty.
 
 
What Is Not Covered
 
 
This warranty does not cover:
 

  • Labor costs for removal, installation, or diagnostics

  • Equipment that has been misused, abused, modified, or improperly operated

  • Failures resulting from a lack of proper maintenance, including (but not limited to) failure to follow the recommended service intervals

  • Wear-and-tear components, consumables, or cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by accidents, environmental conditions, or unauthorized repairs

  • Parts damaged due to overloading, impact, or operating outside of design specifications

 
 
 
Owner Responsibilities
 
 
To maintain warranty coverage, the purchaser must:
 

  • Perform all required maintenance at recommended intervals

  • Use the equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

  • Retain records of maintenance and service

  • Notify Rippa US Center of any warranty claims promptly upon discovering an issue

To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue

  3. Include photographs of the defective part(s) if applicable

 
 
All warranty parts must be approved by Rippa US Center prior to replacement. Rippa US Center reserves the right to inspect the equipment or request return of defective parts for review.
 
 
Limitation of Liability
 
 
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rippa US Center’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts, and shall not include incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
